Electrical Works

Electrical systems must be maintained to the highest safety and performance standards to ensure reliable power distribution throughout the facility.

  • Electrical System Inspections: Perform comprehensive inspections of main electrical panels, circuit breakers, wiring, outlets, switches, and distribution systems. Identify code violations and safety hazards.
  • Preventive Testing & Maintenance: Conduct thermography testing to identify hotspots, test circuit breakers for proper operation, and inspect connections for corrosion or looseness.
  • Emergency Repair Services: Respond immediately to power outages, electrical faults, and equipment failures. Provide temporary power solutions and expedited repairs.
  • Lighting System Maintenance: Replace defective bulbs and fixtures, inspect lighting circuits, and upgrade to energy-efficient LED systems where applicable.
  • Backup Power Systems: Maintain generators and uninterruptible power supplies (UPS) including fuel checks, battery testing, automatic transfer switch testing, and load testing.
  • Electrical Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with electrical codes (NEC), conduct arc flash studies, implement lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures, and maintain safety equipment.
  • Equipment Installation & Replacement: Install new electrical equipment, upgrade systems, and replace obsolete or damaged components following all applicable codes and standards.
  • Fire Alarm System Maintenance: Test and service fire alarm systems, emergency lighting, fire suppression system electrical components, and related safety equipment.
  • Energy Audits & Efficiency: Analyze electrical consumption patterns, identify inefficiencies, recommend upgrades, and implement power factor correction measures.
  • Record Keeping & Documentation: Maintain detailed records of all electrical work, maintenance logs, test results, compliance documentation, and equipment specifications.
