- Fire Alarm System Maintenance: Test and service fire alarm systems, emergency lighting, fire suppression system electrical components, and related safety equipment.
- Energy Audits & Efficiency: Analyze electrical consumption patterns, identify inefficiencies, recommend upgrades, and implement power factor correction measures.
- Record Keeping & Documentation: Maintain detailed records of all electrical work, maintenance logs, test results, compliance documentation, and equipment specifications.
