Comprehensive facility maintenance ensures optimal operational efficiency and extends the lifespan of all building assets.
• Daily Inspections & Monitoring: Conduct regular walkthrough inspections of all facility areas to identify maintenance issues, safety hazards, and cleaning needs. Document findings and create work orders.
• Preventive Maintenance Programs: Implement scheduled maintenance routines for all building systems, equipment, and fixtures to prevent breakdowns and extend asset life.
• Corrective Maintenance: Address and repair equipment failures, structural issues, and system malfunctions promptly to minimize downtime and disruption.
• Building Security & Access Control: Maintain security systems, access control mechanisms, surveillance equipment, and entry points. Respond to security alerts and incidents.
• General Repairs & Adjustments: Perform minor repairs to doors, locks, hinges, windows, frames, handles, and other building components as needed.
• Cleaning & Housekeeping: Coordinate and supervise daily cleaning of common areas, lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and workspace areas. Manage waste disposal and recycling programs.
• Furniture & Fixture Maintenance: Service and repair office furniture, including chairs, desks, cabinets, and built-in fixtures. Replace worn or damaged components.
• Pest Control Management: Implement integrated pest management (IPM) programs, conduct regular inspections, and coordinate with pest control services to prevent infestations.
• Inventory Management: Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies, spare parts, and equipment. Monitor stock levels and place orders as required.
• Maintenance Documentation: Keep detailed records of all maintenance work, repairs completed, parts replaced, and service history for each facility system.
