Cleaning & Housekeeping: Coordinate and supervise daily cleaning of common areas, lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and workspace areas. Manage waste disposal and recycling programs.

Furniture & Fixture Maintenance: Service and repair office furniture, including chairs, desks, cabinets, and built-in fixtures. Replace worn or damaged components.
